Refund Policy

Short version: 30 days, no questions asked, on Lifetime Pro purchases. Recurring subscriptions can be cancelled anytime — the current period is not refundable.
1. Lifetime Pro — 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you purchase VA Growth Suite Lifetime Pro and change your mind for any reason within 30 days of the purchase date, we will refund you in full. No questionnaire, no retention call, no asterisks.
2. How to Request a Refund
Email us at team@getvatools.com from the address on your account. Please include your order ID.
We read every refund request personally and reply within 24 hours, usually faster. You do not need to explain why — feedback helps us improve the product, but it is never required.
3. Timeline
Refund requests are processed the same day we read them, often within hours. After we issue the refund, your bank will typically return the money to your card in 5–10 business days.
4. What's Covered
- Full refund of any Lifetime Pro purchase made within the last 30 days, in the original purchase currency (USD or PHP).
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method. We cannot refund to a different card or account.
5. What's Not Covered
- Lifetime Pro purchases older than 30 days. After day 30, all sales are final.
- Recurring subscription tiers (Starter, Pro). You can cancel anytime from your billing settings — the next billing cycle simply will not be charged. The current period is not refundable.
- Purchases where a chargeback has been initiated with your bank. Once a chargeback is opened we lose the ability to refund directly; please work with your bank instead.
6. Edge Cases
If something happened that does not fit the rules above (for example, you discovered a critical issue on day 31), email us anyway. We look at edge cases individually and exercise founder discretion when it is the right thing to do.
7. Abuse
The 30-day guarantee is offered in good faith. We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of clear abuse — for example, repeatedly purchasing and refunding to circumvent paid access, or refunding after extracting bulk data exports.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes apply only to purchases made after the updated policy is published — the policy in effect at the time of your purchase is the one that governs your refund.
