We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, subscribe to a paid plan, or contact us:

Billing information: handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your full card details on our servers.
Workspace data: the clients, tasks, time entries, invoices, and notes you create inside the app.
Communications: any messages you send us (support requests, feedback, etc.).

Usage data: pages visited, features used, and timestamps — used to improve the product.
Device data: browser type, operating system, and IP address.
Cookies: small files used to keep you signed in and remember your preferences.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide, maintain, and improve the service.
To process payments and send transactional emails (receipts, password resets, account notifications).
To send product updates and lifecycle emails. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.

Stripe — payment processing.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your workspace data within 30 days, except where we are required to keep records for legal or accounting reasons (e.g., invoices).
