Terms of Service

1. The Service

VA Growth Suite is a web application that helps Virtual Assistants manage clients, track time, generate invoices, and share a client portal. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Your Account

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for anything illegal or to harm others.
• Send spam or unsolicited messages through the service.
• Attempt to break, reverse engineer, or overload the service.
• Resell or sublicense the service without our written permission.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use.

4. Plans and Billing

• We offer a free plan and paid plans. Pricing is shown on our pricing page.
• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly).
• Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for each billing cycle until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

5. Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you create or upload (clients, tasks, invoices, notes, etc.). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the service to you.

6. Our Intellectual Property

The VA Growth Suite name, logo, software, and design are our property. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Service Availability

We work hard to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

8. Suspension and Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if your use puts the service or other users at risk.

9. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VA Growth Suite will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. For material changes, we will notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which VA Growth Suite is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
